About the Class
Meghan's classes will involve a few minutes to settle in, connect to the breath and begin to switch off from the external world.
Meghan will guide you through a gentle seated, kneeling or lying down warm up, maybe incorporating some core exercises. You’ll then progress on to a moderately more strenuous sequence of standing postures. Maybe even hitting your Peak Pose.
Towards the end of class you’ll move through some more seated or lying down postures to cool down and relax into further breath work/meditation or a quiet Savasana.
Leave with a feeling of union - mind, body & soul.
$20 per casual class
All mats & props provided

Restorative Yoga Nidra
90 Minute Class
Enter a state of complete relaxation as Megs guides you through the practice of Yoga Nidra (aka Sleep Yoga.)
A 90 minute class incorporating a gentle warm up Yoga flow, followed by a series of Restorative Yoga postures, finish with a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation.
Join us once a month for this special offering.
When: Third Sunday of each month
Time: 3pm - 4.30pm
Cost: $30 per person*
All mats & props provided
* Payment at time of booking is required. Your payment can be transferred to an alternate class or another person. Cancellations made with in 48 hours are non refundable or transferable.
