Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life might throw you a curve ball, and even though you had the best intentions of making your booked appointment you no longer can attend. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer your place to someone else. 

 

Cancellations made with in 12 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of $40. An invoice will be sent to your email or phone. 
This is because unfortunately it is unlikely that we will be able to fill your place on such short notice. Thank you for understanding.
